Rachael has more than a decade of experience in the music industry. She began her career in Manchester and London, first in live music promotion and bookings and then in international sales and distribution at a senior level. More recently, Rachael led the artist management department of !K7 Music in Berlin. During this time she also served on the board of a UK trade body representing the independent music sector. Alongside her recent legal studies, she continued to consult for artists as well as major and independent labels on a range of specialist projects in record release marketing, synch and licensing, and business affairs.
Rachael holds a first-class honours degree in Philosophy from King’s College London and was recently awarded distinctions for her Masters degree studies in Entertainment Law from University of Westminster, and in Law and Legal Practice from BPP.
She joined Clintons as a trainee in 2025.
