Prior to joining Clintons, Molly worked at a long-established and highly respected full-service regional firm, supporting clients on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, and general corporate governance and compliance. She also has experience working on tailored commercial agreements.
Before pursuing a career in law, Molly was a qualified FA referee for over ten years, and continues her passion for sport by sharing legal insights and commercial updates relevant to the sports industry.
