Margot is an Associate Solicitor in the immigration team and has many years of experience in US immigration, having worked in practices on both sides of the pond. She works with US qualified attorneys, assisting the team with a variety of US immigration and nationality matters.
She works on cases that involve obtaining US visas for talent and crews in the entertainment sector, artists, sports persons, entrepreneurs and a wide spectrum of individuals relocating to the US on a temporary or permanent basis for work or for other reasons. She also assists with matters involving challenging visa refusals or findings of inadmissibility to the US, as well as various US nationality related matters.
Margot read International Relations and Spanish with a minor in French at the University of Oklahoma. She is fluent in Flemish, Spanish and French. She completed a Graduate Diploma in Law at the City St George's, University of London, and passed both SQE 1 and 2.
