Lucy’s practice involves the full range of property law, in London and across the country. Her residential work includes high value freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, and more complex leasehold matters. She also advises on commercial property matters such as the acquisition and disposal of offices and other commercial premises. She acts for a broad range of clients and works closely with other teams in the firm, in particular the family and private client teams. Lucy has a particular interest in rural property, and has studied with the Agricultural Law Association, of which she is a member.
Lucy read history and ancient history at Exeter University, and trained at a full service City of London firm before qualifying as a solicitor in 2021. She joined Clintons’ property department in 2022.
