Prior to joining Clintons, Francesca worked at a Tier 1 Entertainment firm, following which she spent 10 years running a legal and business affairs consultancy where she worked with both her own clients including established and emerging artists, writers and producers and both major and independent record labels and publishers, and also provided assistance for legal practices and businesses across the music industry. This included 7 years working with Warner Music Group across their Atlantic Records, Warner Records and Parlophone Records labels.
