Jessica is an Associate in the family team. She has expertise in a full range of family related matters including relationship breakdown and associated financial remedy disputes, separation agreements and wealth protection by way of cohabitation agreements or pre/post nuptial agreements. She also advises clients in private children matters including issues involving allegations of domestic abuse, alcoholism and mental health difficulties. Jessica is passionate about securing the best settlements for her clients via negotiation or litigation if necessary.
Prior to her legal studies, Jessica worked in a PR agency managing a variety of consumer brand accounts before reading law at UWE Bristol and completing the LPC at the University of Law.
She gained legal experience as a paralegal in professional regulatory law before training and qualifying as a solicitor in March 2021.
She joined Clintons’ family department in July 2024.
