Andrew was admitted as a solicitor in 2005 and joined Clintons in 2013 from a tax and trusts boutique law firm based in Chancery Lane.  He manages a busy caseload of private client drafting and advisory work as well as contentious matters where he draws on solid experience of resolving wills and trusts disputes both in and out of court.  Andrew is also developing a reputation for his clear and robust approach to Inheritance Act claims where he has worked with both junior and leading counsel on successfully bringing and resisting high value and complex applications.
Andrew is a member of the leading professional associations in this area of law, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).  He was nominated as an eprivateclient “top 35 under 35” in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014.
Andrew is frequently called upon to contribute to the national media on topical issues in his field, having built a reputation amongst a number of journalists as a "go to” expert.  He regularly collaborates on stories featured in the broadsheets, including The Sunday Telegraph and The Sunday Times. He has appeared on BBC News and Sky News commenting on breaking legal stories and also as a guest reviewer discussing the next day's headlines on "The Papers" on the BBC News Channel, in September 2016.
