Tanya Goldfarb joined Clintons Solicitors in January 2008 as a Consultant. Tanya specialises in business and personal UK immigration matters.  She is a highly-regarded and experienced lawyer - prior to joining Clintons, she was a Senior Associate of some of the leading immigration practices in the UK; Reed Smith, CMS Cameron McKenna and she started her career at Magrath LLP.
 
Tanya has a wealth of expertise and knowledge in advising clients in the entertainment and sports fields, as well as many other industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, media, technology  and multinational organisations.  Tanya’s clients include high net worth individuals and private clients from across all industry sectors.
 
Tanya advises on all UK immigration matters, ranging from entry to the UK as a visitor, to advising on the Points Based System. She also advises clients on making applications for Permanent Residency and naturalising as a British Citizen; as well as on immigration compliance and sponsorship matters for employers. Her expertise also includes European free movement applications, UK Ancestry visas, domestic workers travelling to the UK and other private client immigration issues.

Tanya Goldfarb leads the Firm’s immigration practice and is the Co-Chair of the New York Working Group of the Immigration Practitioners Association (ILPA), a member and past Executive Committee Member of ILPA and a past Secretary of the English Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).  

Tanya is also a founding member of the Steering Committee of the Great British Business Club, UKTI, in New York.
