Karim Bouzidi

Partner, Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Karim Bouzidi qualified as a solicitor in 2005, joined Clintons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in August 2007, and became a Partner in 2013. He deals with a broad range of disputes in the creative industries and sports (intellectual property and contractual disputes, as well as regulatory and disciplinary proceedings) acting for prominent individuals, as well as leading corporate entities. He also has a thriving general commercial litigation practice with particular experience of complex shareholder and LLP disputes, and senior executive ‘exits’. Karim has a Masters in UK, US and EU Law of Copyright from King's College, and is a contributing author to the forthcoming textbook 'Football and the Law'. Before qualifying as a lawyer, Karim spent 10 years as a successful music promoter. Karim speaks fluent French.
